Last day home . . .

Today was my last day at home before I moved in to my dorm at DePaul. I spent most of the day with friends packing, but later on we went bowling at Metro bowl then went out fo pizza at Lou Malnatti's. we finished up the night by hanging out at Liz's house and looking back on the summer.

It was a bittersweet day.

Ben and Matthew

Today I shot some pictures of my cousins, Ben and Matthew; they are the definition of "a handful". I'm suprised I got so many shots of these guys, because it was near impossible to round them both up at the same time and get them to sit still.

My favorite quote of the day was Matthew, while hold his toy automatic gun, said to another little boy at the park, "Get away you German!" as we was pretending he was fighting in WWII.

Angela moved in . . .

Met Matt Jordan for lunch today; had a long talk about things. It's going to be nice having him in the city near me.

Later in the day Martyna, Nick, Liz, and I went to the city for the free movies showing in Millenium Park, but it was far to wet to comfortably rest on the grass. Everyone headed back to the train station when I decided it would be a good idea to walk from the park all the way to the south Loop, by myself, to see Angela and Lisa's dorm. It was very nice, and I wish I had an apartment layout for my dorm. I ended up just crashing there because I didn't feel like walking back to the train station by myself.
