New Chapter . . .

I'm making a drastic change in my life.

I'm terrified, but I know it will bring me peace and comfort.

I hope once I get through all of this I can be happy again.

I took this opportunity to do a self-portrait before I start this, one day I can look back on it and laugh.

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

a wise step me thinks, and good idea to take a pic - it will help you remember a brave and goo decision

I hope that all is well there.

Your self portrait seems a bit unsettled, pensive and ready for something. With your hand on your neck, I can feel the angst coming through. I am sure that the tones and shadings here are only adding to my view. All that being said, I like the way you shot this image. I see the unknown seeping through the shot while at the same time seeing the hope of the joy and peace you are yearning for so clearly.

Let me just share one thing spiritually. The fear you wrote about comes from the master deceiver (aka Satan) and NOT God. God wants only to be intimate with you and give you His blessings for your life. Please take that with you on this journey. I know it is a bit heavy but it is a truth that I have to remember in my own fears DAILY.

I will pray for you today. Take care Kyle.
